So in my last post I mentioned that I was raised Lutheran. Therefore that means I was raised to believe that homosexuals will go to hell.

HOWEVER, I refuse to believe this. I was also raised to believe that if a person is baptised and believes then they will go to heaven. So then if why would those things not matter just because they're gay?

In RL, I know that some of my friends would reject a homosexual person. How do I know this? Because there was this girl at our school in 8th grade and she talked about possibly being gay. Who knows, she might have been. Or she might have been saying that for attention, which is what I think but that's beside the point. We, and I will admit that I was included, did reject her. We were raised that homosexuality was wrong.

And so yes, when I first came onto the internet, I was a bit of a homophobe.

Am I now?

I, personally don't think so but am I really allowed to judge myself?

I mean, I have an aunt who is gay and I visit her and her significant other, Anna, just about every year for a month or so for the past couple years. And I'm not weired out when I'm down there. Okay, I'll admit I was a bit uncomfortable when they kissed in front of me that one time but I got over it.

*headdesk and thinks of what to say*

Oh I don't know what to say now!

*stalks off*
