today is the greatest day i've ever known
12:00 AM: Typing typing typing. Trying to get shit done for my Donnie Darko project. My mom came home from some seder somewhere and went to bed.
1:00 AM: In bed at this point. Snuggly and on the phone to say goodnight and whatnot. Everything was fine.. but shit happened and we got to talking and problems/disputes resurfaced.
1:48 AM: I got annoyed and hung up.
1:51 AM: I felt bad and called back. We talked about shit and why each of us was annoyed. And ya know what we realized? The only reason we were annoyed is because of miscommunication. Each of us thought the other was being weird and not committed or some shit like that to the relationship, but we both just showed it in different ways. So we talked and it was good. And things are good. Again.
3:02 AM: Hung up the phone. Tried to fall asleep. Tossed and turned until falling into a restless sleep.
7:15 AM: Woke up. Got out of bed. Went to the bathroom to pee, brush my teeth, wash my face, and put in my contacts. Got dressed and hopped in the car for school. Called Corey. Talk for a bit while driving to school and stopped.
7:35 AM: Got to school. Put down my stuff in the lounge and headed over to the library to wait for morning meeting to start. Sat behind a bookshelf and pulled out Slaughterhouse Five to occupy me.
7:50 AM: Morning meeting, announcements, etc.
8:05 AM: Free first period. Read more Slaughterhouse.
9:01 AM: Human Bio second period. Inadvertantly fell asleep on the couch while talking about bisexuality.
9:51 AM: Break. Went up to Mr. Bagg's room early to take old quizzes because it's the end of the quarter. We chilled and talked about drugs and summer and cool shit like that since Mr. Bagg is cool like that. Oh and I took my quizzes and managed to stall class until we had only about 15 minutes left to translate. [At some point in there, I stopped by Mr. Morgan's room and picked up the Corey&Sarah photos.]
11:04 AM: 20the Century History crap. Chelsea presented her thing today. Her movie was Pretty Woman and so we basically watched it and talked about it and shit.
11:56 AM: Lunch. Went to the bathroom with Briana and Julia and Jess and we peed and chilled and Julia called her internship place. Then me and Juj went to her house to have lunch and called Erica to have her tell Morgs that I was sleeping in the library. We watched Growing Pains and Full House and Family Matters and chilled with Ettie and Sophie.
1:20 PM: When we got back we were late for our next class. Mrs. Hull gave me a little shit for it. Who gives a fuck? I hate calculus anyway and I honestly think she knows that. I somewhat paid attention in calculus, but mostly wrote Corey a note.
2:07 PM: Before I knew it, class was over and Corey and Nick were waiting for me in the lounge. They met me at my car and I dropped off my stuff. Then I hopped in with them and headed for Charlotte's house.
3:00 PM: After running some errands, we got to Charlotte's and got a tour of the house. We stopped at the bank so she could get traveler's checks for her trip. Then we headed for the beach.
3:45 PM: We got to Scarborough and it was still pouring. We decided on going under this hut thing. Corey and Nick brought their guitars and played some of their set list. I went and ran around the beach in the rain and waded in the water and then I played with a passing doggie, but all by myself since I'm the only crazy one in the bunch. And then the doggie and his owner sat down and listened to them play. Corey played some Ben Kweller and I sang along [i heart lizzy by ben kweller!] and yeah.
5:00 PM: Well it was getting late and everyone was cold and numb, so we gathered our things and jumped back into the car. After thawing out and drying up, we headed back to Charlotte's house, using the scenic route down by the sea wall and Narragansett Beach. I napped on the way home in the backseat under a comforter, all cozy in Corey's lap. Oh, and apparently Nick almost got into two accidents. No worries, he's a good driver.
5:35 PM: We rolled into Charlotte's driveway and waited forever for Corey to finish peeing and then headed to Corey's Dad's house.
5:56 PM: Nick and I dropped Cor at his Dad's so he could pick up his temporary car and drive himself home. Nick drove me back to school where I had left my car. We got caught in a hell of a lot of downpouring rain. We made it though, and after giving him directions back to Smith Street, I sent him on his way and embarked on my 3 minute drive home.
6:30 PM: Getting home, I changed promptly into warm sweats and began vegging out. I heard about the Tomily Film Festival and what the did [and did not] watch today.
Now it is almost 8:00 PM and I have wasted all this time writing this and talking to people, when I have a 5 page paper to write about an internship I still do not yet have secured and study for a calculus quiz that I don't know what it's about. Shrug, whatever. School matters not, for it is April 13th and I have 3 weeks left of school.
