Title: The Power of Giggles - Part Trois
Characters: KittyMarie, JewWario
Pairing: JewWario + KittyMarie (Friendship)
Rating: PG-13 for language, again.
Summary: Turns out, Katie lied to J-Dub about her most sensitive spot. With some jokes at the expense of her New England roots, he manages to force the truth out of her.
Notes: Takes place the day after the first two "Power of Giggles" stories, which can be read
here (Part Un) and
here (Part Deux). Also, the title is a joke on the lyrics of "Magic Dance" by David Bowie, with "giggles" in place of "voodoo." And yes, I'm really from New England, and no, I don't talk like that (but I kind of wish I did).
"I told you not to wear shoes," JewWario gently chastised Katie, looking at the pink Chuck Taylors his biggest fan was sporting. "Didn't I tell you not to wear shoes, Kitten?"
Katie shook her head. "You told me not to wear my lucky black cowboy boots," she said. "And I didn't. I wore my pink Converse, because they look like yours."
J-Dub couldn't help grinning. "You know exactly what I meant, KittyMarie," he teased. "You just wore shoes to mess with me, didn't you? Didn't you?" He tickled her neck. "Admit it!"
"No!" cried Katie, playfully snapping at her idol's fingers and pouncing onto the very same couch where the whole tickle feud had started. J-Dub sat down next to her and grabbed her ankles. "Admit it now, Kitten, or the shoes come off!"
"NO!" shrieked the fangirl, her eyes nearly bugging out of her head. "Please, I'll do anything in the world, just don't take off my shoes!"
"Why? I thought you were most ticklish on your tummy," chuckled her idol, leaning into her face.
Katie froze. She'd been found out. Though she was very ticklish on her stomach, and she told everyone that that was where she was most ticklish, it was a lie. Her feet were a million times more sensitive, with just a simple tap of a finger on one of her toes sending her into a shrieking, squealing mess.
How long did you think you were gonna get away with this? asked a small voice in the back of her mind. Justin was going to find out anyway. You know he was. Just come out with it.
"Okay!" Katie said. "I lied! My feet are, by a long, long shot, the most ticklish place on my entire body! Ya happy?!"
J-Dub swiftly pried the low-top pink Converse off his fangirl. All that remained between Katie's feet and the elements of the outside world was a pair of thin red socks, a subtle tribute to her New England upbringing. J-Dub grinned. "You're such a Boston girl," he cooed, pinching one of her toes through the sock. "Just a silly girl, with her haht at Fenway Pahk."
Katie began to chuckle wildly as her idol wiggled her toes in his hand, still talking in an exaggerated Boston accent. "Does KittyMarie want some chowdah?" he teased. "Where'd you pahk your cah this morning? You don't go to Hah-vahd, do you? Remember when No-mah played for the Sawx?"
"J-Dub!" shrieked Katie. "Oh, God in heaven, the feet! That tickles! Just touching them tickles! You're evil! Oh my God!"
"Just touching your feet tickles you?" laughed J-Dub. "You're just wicked ticklish, aren't ya? Well then, what would you do if I did this?" He removed one of her socks and twitched his index finger along the backs of the knuckles of his fangirl's toes. "Tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle...."
"AAAAAHHHHHHHHH HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAA!!!!!!" Katie exploded. "Ohhhhhh my GOD! Hee-hee-hee-hee-hee-hee-hee! J-Dub, I'm gonna frakkin' KILL you!"
"You wouldn't do that," J-Dub countered, slipping off her other sock and poking the heel of her foot with his thumb. "You love this. I know you do. I can tell by your smile, and I can tell by your eyes. You absolutely adore this." He paused for a moment, then stuck her ankles under his arm and started tickling her feet full force. "Also, your laugh is the cutest thing I've ever heard in my life."
Katie's face turned brighter pink with every giggle that escaped her lips, and the more she laughed, the faster her idol would tickle. The tickling sensation was nearly overpowering. She couldn't remember the last time someone had tickled her like this - though she guessed it was probably her friend Heather at some point. "J-Duh-hu-hu-hu-hu-hu-hub!" she screamed. "Ple-hee-hee-hee-hee-hease! I'm gonna die!"
J-Dub finally set her feet down and gave her a peck on the nose. "That was payback for trying to maul me," he told her.
"I only did that because YOU tried to maul ME!" Katie shot back, grinning.
"This isn't over, my Kitten," J-Dub warned. "When you least expect it, I'll be there, and I'm going to tickle you until you're laughing so hard you can't see three feet in front of you."
"Bring it on," squealed the fangirl, throwing her arms around her idol as she was pulled into another bear hug. "Hey, J-Dub?"
"Yeah?"
"You're like my big brother," Katie confided. "Can I be your KittyMarie forever?"
J-Dub blushed slightly. "Of course," he responded. "Has anyone ever told you before that you're adorable?"
Katie giggled and blushed.
