It's sticking. In 6 Winters (or actually Autumns) in the Midwest, I think we only once got snow before the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. And at least 2 of those years, I think maybe 3 or 4 of those years, the first snow came on that very Wednesday.
In a way, it feels like home. Not in an especially good way. Now if it was snowing friends from the Midwest, that would be just fine... but Portland is not supposed to get snow in November!
