V for Vendeta

We watched V for Vendeta tonight. I liked it a lot. Highly recommend it.

And, um, yeah... he's taken some serious levels of rogue too, but that's not why I liked it.

"And, um, yeah... he's taken some serious levels of rogue too"

What I want to know is how he was able to use his sneak attack! Pretty much everyone was aware of him (and not flat-footed), and he wasn't ever flanking against anyone.

Maxed bluff, and Expert Tactician.

I don't see how that works (extra attack when opponent denied Dex bonus). Did you mean Flick of the Wrist (flat footed when you draw a weapon)?

Feint.

So why Expert Tactician? Per the revised rules, it's only an extra attack. Or was this using the old rules of "extra partial action"-- Feint, deny dex bonus, and take the extra action to sneak attack?

An extra attack is all you need to sneak-attack: "The rogue’s attack deals extra damage any time her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target."
