my life since i last updated...........
well, it's been a while since i've sat down and actually written down whats going on here in the wonderful state of virginia. right now my ship is still at holiday standdown, which means that half (at least) is gone on leave. There are 4 people in my shop right now, so that is nice, but still kinda makes me want to pull my hair out at the roots. I'm learning a few new things tho, so thats nice. being able to do the job i'm paid to do is a nice thing.
on the personal side of my life, things are a little confusing. basically, there were 2 guys invloved. one has already left on leave before he goes to JAPAN for 2 years, so that was basically a bust, but i really liked him and it sucks that he's gone. the one that is still here is joel, who i met in "A" school. he is so totally awsome. he makes me laugh all the time, he's actually into video games, is a great dancer, can cook, and did i mention that he is the most exciting and excellent lover i have ever had? well, let me say that if it were possible, he would have blow the top of my head clear across the state. so apparently, he liked me a lot in "A" school. unfortunatly, i knew nothing of this, because if i had, i sure as hell would have done something about it. so then we started talking again recently (and just so everyone is clear, i didn't find out about the awsome lover part until about a month ago) and i started once again to realize how great he is, and how much i would love to be his girlfriend. unfortunatly, i'm going to be leaving for 3-6 months. i don't know about the rest of the world, but i'm not going to ask someone to wait for me to come back if we don't actually have anything concrete for them to fall back on. (ex: oh, i have a girlfriend etc....) so i'm not sure what to do. any input would be greatly appriciated.
