Loving the warm weather and cold nights...
Where to start? My new partner and old friend Pedro has joined us. He is working to get everything organized and to do some PR work. It is nice to have him around. Nice to just have someone else young and on the same page.
He and his wife were over on the weekend, with their fantastic puppy Stitch. I so love that dog! So did callum. Maddie too except for when he slobbered( repeatedly) all over her face. He is just slihtly bigger than she is at 7 monthes, a white lab He totally loved the kids and us and our house and was very good all through it. He sat and gave a paw and kiss to me when I asked, but not when Pedro commanded, probably because I was slipping him the rib bones!
And we finally decided on and bought a hot tub for the back yard. Yay! It will be a total insulated outdoors one, so good for winter too,my favourite time for a hot outdoor bath. It is being delivered tomorrow, Kevin has been digging, hauling rocks adn gravelling, and digging up and replanting some annuals that were in that spot, like some haustas and bleeding hearts. It is a whole big 'to do' though, with a spearte electrician consulted and bid out to set up all the wiring amps and boxes...hopefully it work sby the weekend and we don't blow up the house!
