(no subject)
So apparently there is a content strike for LJ on Friday. I don't really get the point, but then again, I haven't really read enough about it. I just don't see LJ as being so important that people would strike over it. Something about not allowing basic membership anymore. I certainly have a basic membership b/c it's silly to have to pay for a place to write down such silly stuff, and I don't have a plus account or whatever b/c ads are so tacky!
Anyway, Friday should be pretty boring on my end if no one is posting. Luckily we're going to have a really looonnnnnggg staff meeting about treatment plans.
I have a new group starting tonight at the JAC. Hopefully they'll be as awesome and talkative as the last group. I find that when I have some girls in the group, everyone talks more, but if the group is all boys, it's all silence and me all looking like a fool.
Someone came to my residential readiness group last night which was exciting. I should have another starting next week, so I'll have two! This group is going to be quite an adjustment. Most of the kids are sort of digging their heels in, so it's going to be difficult. However, if they do well in my group it might keep them from having to go to VSC.
I really want to go see my family this weekend.
