Its Lent, so no meat today.
Breakfast was simply a whole grain English muffin with peanut butter and jelly, and half a banana with a cup of soy milk. Lunch was Panera (squee!) with a Cesar salad, tomato soup and a baguette. Yummy! Dinner was a tuna sandwich with a slice of Swiss cheese and spinach, and carrots. AND because of what I've given up for Lent I did not allow myself to eat any of my grandmother's delicious brownies or cookies (though I nabbed some for my cheat day on Sunday). AND another success: I went to go get a snack that wouldn't have been quite so healthy this evening, but I decided I didn't feel like it and ended up getting a cup of soy milk instead.
I didn't exercise today, but that's alright. I worked hard yesterday and I have been pretty much all week. I'll try getting up a little earlier tomorrow before I go see a movie with a friend and do lunch, but I got stuff accomplished for organic chemistry. I like getting up early just for the sake of being up, but I'm exhausted now haha.
