Day 9..ok

Let me be honest. The week before my period I get intense cravings for a lot, and I mean A LOT of sweet, baked goods. Yesterday wasn't terrible though. Breakfast was an odwalla bar with nutella and a cheese stick with a glass of soy milk. Lunch was a Lean Cuisine steam-cooked meal with bow-tie pasta, chicken, broccoli, carrots, and beans in a garlic sauce. It was really good. Dinner was a flat bread sandwich with turkey, lettuce, sweet pickles, mushrooms, and provolone cheese with honey mustard dipping sauce. I had a brownie that was delicious after lunch, and a couple of hershey kisses after dinner. Snack later that night was cheerios and craisins. I eat really early on M/W because of my stupid schedule. Overall it wasn't bad. I will tell you that this weekend, one day, I will be binging on a load of baked goods since my best friend from home and I are going to have a baking spree and watch a bunch of movies. But, I'm also giving up all baked goods for Lent which starts Wednesday next week. It'll even out, I hope. Plus, I'll be working out a lot when I'm home though too like I always do.

I did work out yesterday though. An hour of zumba, and fifteen minutes of abs/legs. It was a good work out. Today I'm not going to be able to, but I just hope that I keep on track with my eating in place of it. Tomorrow, I'll probably work out at night once I get home. I can't wait for spring break!!!! Oh, and on a side note I technically will be able to weigh myself and figure out my percent body fat with a new fancy scale my mom's fiance bought. I'm half-tempted to see what I weigh, and I bet it'll be like 150 which sucks. Then that means I have to lose a whopping 30 lbs before I reach my ideal of 120. AH!
