Day 4 and Day 5...and 6?: Weekends suck...

So I've been bad about updating, that's for sure. I forgot to do yesterday, but let me just say it did not go well. Well, I didn't have breakfast first off, which was a mistake. Whenever you don't have breakfast you usually end up eating way more later in the day, and that's exactly what I did. My mom and her fiance came up for lunch and we went to Red Lobster. There I had two garlic-cheesy biscuits, a ceasar salad, half of my salmon, three coconut shrimp, broccoli, a little bit of steak and stuffed flounder too and like three or four glasses of water. Tons of food. Too much. Then, I had a pb&j sandwich and soy milk. And then, because my roommates friends were up for the weekend we of course went to Insomnia cookies and bubble tea. I had a passion fruit smoothie (with tapioca balls obviously) at bubble tea, and a chocolate chip cookie plus a cookie dough brownie at Insomnia. But, for Lent I'm giving up dessert food, so this is just that last punch. Haha. So yesterday was bad. And no working out, obviously.

Today wasn't as bad. Sort of. I had a multigrain bagel with plain cream cheese, two awesome, fudgy deliciousness brownies, and the rest of my entree of coconut shrimp and salmon plus some soy milk and water of course.

And I'll be honest, Friday was terrible. I don't even want to talk about it. I haven't worked out all weekend, but tomorrow I get to zumba again yes! And by Friday I'll be home for spring break!! And then I can actually weigh myself, but I don't know how much I want to....blech.
