So for Day 2 shenanigans...
I started off my day with an odwalla bar (delish!), a cheese stick, and a cup of soy milk. Overall a pretty big breakfast, but luckily it kept me through till about two. At two I ate a pb&j sandwich, and 3 hershey kisses (the dark chocolate kind - yum!). Dinner (early because of lab at 5:30) I ate a couple of fried shrimp, grilled chicken, veggies, and a roll. It was the presidents dinner, so we actually got a feast for once haha. And, after lab because I was hungry, I had a fairly healthy snack of peanut butter (I'm in love with the stuff, especially crunchy) and nutella (also delicious!) on half a multigrain sandwich thin. I'm done for the day though. My goal is to not eat after nine or ten on most nights. During Lent, I'll also be ditching sweets entirely so I'm gradually weaning myself off. haha.
Exercising was also an accomplishment. 1h of zumba! And, about 15m of abs/thigh work. Tomorrow I'll be able to zumba too, and I don't have to get up wicked early to go to the gym like I usually do on T/Th mornings. Yesss.
Today was a good day and I've decided to bold everything bad in what I eat for the day. So far there hasn't been too much bolding going on. That's a good thing for sure.
Well, I'm off to go study some more for organic and play lego Harry Potter (it's totally legit). I hope your journeys have been going well! :)
