Because You Rock!

I just have to give a big round of applause to tcaptain who is totally rocking at getting into a gym routine. Twenty-seven workouts in, what, a month since deciding to get into shape; not to mention sticking to the schedule while moving house and while doing all those things that soon-to-be-parents do (like childbirth and daddy classes). Wow!  I'm so proud of you. You're an inspiration.
