Finally
I got my iTouch syncing to work with the calendar and contacts! I'm over the moon! (Yes, little things excite me.) Unlike other iPods, the iTouch won't sync with Thunderbird, so it took an upgrade to Outlook 2003. It won't work on Outlook 2000. Not that the packaging information or support pages tell you that. That took a call to Apple support.
