Freelance vs. Staff
I've been considering taking a break from freelance writing as my main source of income. I'm not giving it up, I'm just looking for a break and for something different. Of course, I'm still just exploring/considering...
This morning I was browsing the job boards. I found loads of jobs that I'm eminently qualified for at some terrific salaries... none of them were in Montreal. Most were in Toronto or Ottawa, with a handful out west. Same thing with ones that looked really interesting but that I was less qualified for. It was quite discouraging really.
