The rain is taunting me.  I have ponies to ride...and the clouds build...then lighten up.   Four times I've decided it'll hold off long enough to sneak over to the barn - and before I pick up my boots, it's started again.

And as soon as I sit down at the computer (tax time - dread)  it quits.

someone is laughing at me - I know it.
