I hate running...it's so painful! GUH! But, I learned that my problem is that my calves are tight...I never really noticed until it was pointed out to me today - but they are REALLY tight...guess I was just so used to it that I never really noticed it...oh well.
Brianne showed me some stretches and told me that since my calves were so tight, that made my shins tighten up as well. That equals massive shin splints...wish I'd have known that before, I'd have been a stretching fool! As it is, I shall now invest in a yoga video and do it 3 times a week...that'll be a somewhat easy task when I go to nights - Sarah won't be here and I won't have the child in the mornings...so I can do it right when I get off of work. That's the plan anyway.
But, yeah...I weighed myself...back at 179...why does my weight keep fluctuating like that!? Annoying...oh well...it's not so much the weight I'm worried about - mostly the inches and my ability to perform my PT junk...I'll keep on keeping on though...
