I am happy to report that I upped my reps on the ab machine...previously I was doing 2 reps of 15 each and on 15lbs...now I went to 3 reps...yes, I know, not a HUGE change...but, I'm getting there!! I also increased my cruchy holds on the big ball...yes, crunchy holds...I don't know what they're called...heh...but, you come up as if you're doing a crunch and hold it for a span of time...well, I was doing 3 sets of 5 seconds each...now I'm doing 4 sets of 10 seconds each...man, I rock. Sort of. Well, us c-section gals gotta start somewhere! Heh...
