Me Maaza

Having got an unexpected gift this morning,
sillifluous
is delighted.

The kind of gift I love to get - a book. This one is a collection
of poems "Me Maaza" by Chandrashekhar Gokhale.

All the poems are charolya or little four-line poems.
Simple and elegant language with occasional delicate irony.
Mostly reflective, insightful poems written in the first person.
The kind of stuff "that oft was thought/ but ne'er so well express'd".

Thank you DB; it is a book that will make for many enjoyable
readings : )

On an unrelated note, I want to watch Ice Age 2 now.
