Education Rocks!
Have you ever wondered how something such as THE Colosseum isn't completely standing anymore? I know I have been wondering that for some time now. I mean, it was built to last and it definitely could have. Okay, brace yourself, the reason it was taken down was because ... commoners like you and I needed stones to build their houses and they decided that the Colosseum had a lot of stones so they would just take it from there and since there weren'tt any laws or real monarchy at this time, after the Roman Empire fell, they were able to just take it. Crazy! I love college, you learn so many interesting things.
