So I've been sick the past week. Thursday the 10th I woke up not feeling to great, my stomach was bothering me, but not really bad enough to call in sick. At least, that's what I thought when I left for work. Oh boy, I regretted that decision pretty fast. The day ended with me having to throw in the towel because I was so nauseous I didn't dare

I'm glad you feel better! Just take your time getting back up to speed -- if you start too early and collapse again, that helps no-one.
