(no subject)
All is well as it can be with two sick people in the house.
Took Ben to the ER on Friday. It was the same ER that girl who passed away went to. They treated Ben for his asthma. They gave him 3 hours of on and off breathing treatments. They respitory therapist who worked with us - I mentioned to her that Ben had personal contact with the girl who died of H1N1 and she assured me that the girl did NOT die from the flu. She obviously couldn't tell me more but assured me it wasn't the flu. The local newspaper did a story on her the next day and her parents revealed it was a heart issue that killed her but it was aggrivated by the flu she had or whatever. She was 19 - soo very sad.
I'm sick as a dog now. I am so not amused by anything and Ben's being mean, mean, mean!
Uhm.. oh Nacho mentioned yesterday on the phone with Ben that he already has a house to move into. I'm guessing that girls house because I can't imagine who else he would move in with or why/how he would have a house already 2 months before he comes home. It's apparently right down the street from me. He's going to be seriously disappointed when he doesn't get 50/50. All of his conversations with Ben are about what he's going to buy Ben and what activities they are going to do. He just wants to win Ben over by giving him things and isn't much interested in the whole parenting aspects of Ben. He called his "friend" the other day. "Ben and I are friends - he knows I'm coming back" wtf?
