Hey beautiful...
Hello everyone. I just wanted to pop in a let everyone know (my legions of adoring fans, etc) that I'm still around, I'm still simming, and once I sort things out I look forward to posting again as well. But my pc which holds my game for some reason lacks a wireless card (who knew you could even buy a computer these days without one?) so I use my laptop for internet. This makes it difficult and inconvenient to take pictures in my game and put them on the internet; it is a process which involves a flash drive and much annoyance. The same goes for downloading thing for my game, to my endless frustration.
My game is still glitchy, so much so that I've been avoiding playing Strangetown at all, because I don't want my glitches to permanently mess up anything important. Since I've gotten Apartments I've been playing Belladonna Cove and that has been fun and mostly glitch-free, but the glitches are starting to catch up to me, like a spreading plague.
I desperately need to reinstall my game, but because I'm living at my Grandmother's house at the moment, the base game and most of the expansion packs are in one of my dresser drawers in the garage, and it would take some serious reverse tetris to get to them. So I'm waiting until I move, which just brings up another set of complications...
So, anyway, I am eager as ever to plunge into the sim community with my oh-so quirky and charming simmies, but it will have to wait until further notice. Until then, I am working on painfully and slowly organizing my full-to-bursting downloads folder.
On that note, I've fallen quite in love with default replacement clothes. Does anyone have any recommendations?
