I'm glad I got that album but I did read the lyrics to 'Un Jour en France' but I'll re-read it again as I don't think I picked up on that when I read it as I was just looking through, but I'll give it a listen later tonight,I think..
Ernestine is nice and the live album is what got me liking it as I got their live album also...
'One Trip,One Noise' is cool also...
I was supposed to have visited Nantes once and when we were in Vannes I saw the signs to it...but I'll try to visit it sometime as I heard they have trams(?)or something like that there now...that's cool that you liked it there though,I lived briefly in Sheffield,UK,but I didn't like it that much although that was more about the circumstances than the place, but the area I lived in there was not that nice as one night I was warned not to go out as the local kids were throwing bricks about....and about a couple of years later there was a special report on the TV about the place as it is one of the worst areas of the city and it seemed like it hadn't changed since I was there....

I will have to visit Nantes at some point though...

I think the rain would depend on the season although when I lived in Huddersfield,I nicknamed the place 'Floodersfield' as it always rained as it's in a valley or something,so I heard...
But Jugon Les Lacs, the nearest town to the house in France,is actually said to always get mild weather for the same reason,I think...
*mewwww*

Yeah,I thought I heard that right about the tram but cool that your area was good where you were as it must have helped to make the whole time more enjoyable as even if the area was lively,at least it was peaceful....and good the people you lived with were cool...the people I was with were not that nice, which just added to the whole bad feeling I had about the place...although I did go out for walks at night many times without anyone bothering me....
Yeah,I heard about the riots in Paris, where Iam in the UK (Leicester)some news stories you just know where they happened in the city from what was happened...where Zara lives is especially a bad area...being so close to town...

Yeah,I remember reading that lyric now...hmmmm..cool that it turned into an anthem from that...wow..

I remember the National Front of Leicester were not allowed to do one of their fascist marches though the city centre and it was re-routed through where I live,a notion which I totally hated,so it was lucky I was away that day and I just thought that if that was allowed to happen in this area, then what did it say about the people whom live here(a lot of whom are old people)if they didn't object...what am I living amongst?...*shudders*

But yeah,I think am getting to quite like Noir Desir.....I also thought the song 'L'homme Passe' was quite amusing....*mewww*

That's cool about Noir Desir,I actually used to be very much into left wing politics when I was at school and although I'm not as heavily into it as I used to be I do still believe in it...

The weird thing about the people in my area is that maybe some of them were indifferent, but I did hear that there is a following in this area for those kind of politics so maybe not...it might not just be the old people either...hmmm..

I guessed that 'L'homme Passe' might be a parody but I'd sure like to see the video...I think I did see a DVD of their videos and stuff when I was in France....can't remember the name of it, though...*mewww*
