Is the Long Nightmare Over?
Those of you reading this blog may or may not remember that my husband has been laid off since March 2009 (a really horrible month).
A couple of weeks ago he had put in a hopeful application, as they were hiring again. He got an interview, and they were kind of vague--they said IF, which I never like. Well. They just now called me (I have the cell today, and he hadn't come to the phone at the house)--and asked me to tell him that they're emailing him the offer letter. I flat out asked, "Are you hiring him?" And they said yes.
This is a great relief, on so many particular levels.
