The time of this 'christmas' fast approaches us. As such, I did as I have learned is traditional for the celebration and decorated the apartment. I have used these strands of bright, shiny things named 'tinsel' in various appropriate places and placed lights in the window. It is not much, but one must get into the spirit of things, hmm?

I have also been practising making the foods common to the season. I believe I have mastered gingerbread (Miss Flonne, have you attempted to make any yet?) and 'christmas pudding.' There are many more recipes to tackle, however. I shall master them too! This chef must try to perfect every recipe he can!

I feel exceptionally good today. Perhaps I might go and practise a little more on the piano later? I came across one whilst browsing through one of the many, many shops around here a few weeks ago and the man there offered to teach me. I feel I am picking it up pretty quickly. Certainly not enough to perform in front of others yet, but enough to make me feel I can become competent at the least.

I should also get some beautiful formal wear ordered. It seems people like to dress especially well for the coming holiday, and I like an excuse to wear lovely clothing. Obviously, all of my usual formals are back home, so it's a good excuse to get more.

Megumi... thank you for allowing me to spend time with you yesterday. I had a most enoyable time.

Kojiro did not turn up last night, at least he did not before I left the apartment. I can only assume he was either distracted or got bored of me. I can only hope the latter. That man is dangerous, and if he is after my blood I am in deep trouble.

...although a part of me would prefer that to the idea that he wants to kiss me, which is entirely possible and utterly terrifying.

Ah. I must also practice for the ballet sometime tonight. One must become good enough so as to not let Professor Cat, and my fellow cast, down!
