[There's a fairly large, black bird with a brilliant scarlet beak hopping around the City, occasionally stopping to cast a beady eye on the passers by. He occasionally takes to the air for a moment, but doesn't seem particularly comfortable flying, and soon settles back down.]
[ooc: Silk's a night chough, a crow or raven-like bird from his own whorl. They can speak but they've got rather limited vocabularies, so although he's vaguely aware of who he is, he's affected mentally insofar as he can only manage two or three-word sentences. Mostly because I'm crazy I thought it'd be fun. SO! If he knows you feel free to pass by and he'll harass you~ If not, feel free to poke at the birdy. Or try to eat him or whatever. XD]
