No, it started before that. It was mostly consistent with this little thing I like to refer to as 'reality' during series 1 but since then it's become increasingly sensational.

Hm, the first time I remember thinking 'you've got to be kidding' was Acceptance but that was mostly because cause and effect was so utterly messed up. TB or Not TB was the first time I remember the diagnosis being a complete train wreck.
