Caelum Week 4 - The Isaacson Family
Update time! ^^
It's still way too hot around here,I'm waiting for one of my professors to finally answer the e-mail I wrote him on Monday and I actually managed to make my first mesh ever, just a simple shoe swap but fuck yeah ^^ ... but ah well you're probably not really interested in that stuff ;)
So let's jump right into this update, shall we?

Jolene is basically the best mother in Caelum, which is quite easy. Being a Plantsim and not needing any sleep at all allows her to be there for her kids 24/7! ^^
Though, whenever Scott has a day off, Jolene preferes to spend some hours at their grocery store, selling their vegetables and fruit to the townies. Sometimes it almost seems as if Jolene has finally grasped how the cash register works... other times she seems rather confused by it...
Jolene has persuaded Scott to try for another baby. But no luck so far, although they are constantly woohooing and trying for another little one (on the couch, in the bedroom... seriously if I wouldn't force them to do other stuff they would spend all their time with woohooing!).

I henceforth declare this week to be called birthday week!
Yes, once again two birthdays on one day. Little Madeleine and her big brother Kenneth are growing up together! ^^
Maddy turns out be a real cutie! ^^
As does Kenneth, who declared that he now wants to be called "Kenny" by his family and friends! Kenny is a Taurus (5/8/3/8/4) with the Romance/Knowledge aspiration, and as every teenager dreams of becoming a rock god in his future. He likes girls with full face makeup (thank god for freckles!) and brown hair, but he really loathes swim wear...
Oh Niall, I bet there isn't a child in this neighbourhood that you aren't friends with! But to be fair Laurence and Niall are best friends and spend almost all their afternoons together!
Family breakfast! But wait, isn't there somebody missing?
It's Jolene, who thanks to being a Plantsim, doesn't need to eat and rather plays her violin instead of keeping her family company at the breakfast table. She also seems to take playing the violin rather serious and insists on wearing her formal wear while playing it... oO
Yay! ^^
The only child who seems to not have inherited their mothers obsession with the violin is Laurence, as both Maddy and Kenny have to be forced to leave that damned instrument alone! -.-
Recently Jolene and Mara discovered how much they have in common! They are both supernatural Sims, they both have red hair and they both share a mutual love for raincoats! All of these similarities naturally lead to the only possible solution, becoming BFF's and gossiping the whole afternoon! ^^
Why oh why do you always choose families with enough money on their bank accounts, dear matchmaker? The Isaacson's definitely don't need that genie lamp (as money is the only thing I normally wish for...) although I really do thank you for dropping it of!

Laurence is a Gemini (4/9/8/3/3) with the Knowledge/Fortune aspiration. He would love to become a city planner. He likes blond hair and mechanical Sims, but jewelry is a no-go for him!
Being a Romance Sim, Kenny is always on the lookout for a nice flirt. One day he saw Tammy Miles, one of the townie teens, walk by and decided to go and talk to her. They hit of instantly, sharing a wonderful afternoon and evening together. Kenny even managed to get his first kiss! ^^
And guess what! Kenny, the towns newest Romance Sim, and Tammy are three-bolters (brown hair and full face makeup??? Tammy definitely doesn't have brown hair and full face makeup! WTF game? I thought I have a hack to fix that attraction mess???) ! I sense both love and drama in their future! oO
