1. Lore is drawn to anyone that shows him favorable attention. He'll do anything for the gratitude of a powerful or resourceful being / person, because if he's valuable people won't want to kill him. And the more powerful or resourceful they are, the more they can protect him.

2. He doesn't really feel that all biological life is inferior, but he does feel that he's considerably safer in the presence of artificial life.

3. He's possessive. Even things he's supposedly serving, he sees as his. He gets frustrated if he can't have what he wants, like a spoiled six year old being refused the best toy.

4. That his father always told him how important he was and how much work it took to construct him, and then succumbed to his wife's requests to deactivate and disassemble him. This has made Lore extremely bitter and he thinks most people are lying if they say they appreciate him or care about him.

5. He believes people are afraid of him because of his intelligence, so he'll play himself down to make people less afraid of him. In both strength, appearance, and intelligence. Not so much to be tricky, but so that they won't be threatened by him. Once he suspects they are threatened, he'll act preemptively.

6. I use "I am Become Death" as reference for the Pakled ship, though I think the story is crap. I decided he killed the Pakled's after they beamed him aboard and discussed dismantling him.

7. He actually was attached to Krosis, since Krosis was the first person that seemed to give him any real respect. Putting him in charge of organizing the Borg's thought was a position of power that he offered him in gratitude.

8. His first "evil" act was nearly raping a woman, which is what made his mother hate him so much. Though he was still extremely young, because of the likeness to his father she couldn't think of him as a child and didn't want anything that looked like Noonien walking around behaving like that. She was the one who started the petition.

9. He was also a progressively developing system, but whereas Data had ethical protocols Lore was supposed to learn the difference between right and wrong on his own.

10. Due to his work with the Borg, he's incredibly adept at neurosurgery. He actually has enough knowledge to be a good doctor, but unfortunately never had the chance or drive to utilize it in a positive manner.
