An Unlikely Success
You've probably all heard through facebook or twitter or whatever, but I figured I'd put something here since I don't know who all really reads what.
Just got word from the recruiter today! He nominated me for an English teaching program in Eastern Europe that'll start around this time next year!
Pretty excited! The only qualm I have is that I'll have to go through another goddamn cold winter for another goddamn few years. Nothing I haven't handled before, but I was hopin' to spend a lot of time in shorts and a t-shirt under a desert sun. On the other hand, being in a more developed area will mean I'll probably be able to bring my camera and computer, so that ain't half bad.
