New Elliott Tattoo?
This might sound terrible. It's really only forming from the black morass that is the last ounce of creativity I have left in my soul, so give it time.
For years now I've wanted to get something on my calves/shins: blackwork, wraparound solid bands, or something like that. I'm going to LA in March for spring break, and I really want to get something done by the guy who did my nape (or at least his studio if I can manage it).
So, I've been tossing about the idea about getting an X and an O on either calf (not shin). Nice, somewhat thick, serif font XO.
However, I'm worried about a text tattoo. I don't want the harsh angles of a text tattoo ruining the aesthetic of anything else I might want to do to my legs (i.e. solid bands).
What do you guys think?
