I haven't done any traveling with my family in a while, let alone with grandparents in tow. If you haven't experienced this predicament let me tell you, it's taxing.
Riding the subways here is bad too because they don't have trains in Minnesota (minus the lightrail) so nobody can grasp how to do things. Admittedly, having just spent the year in the world's best train system, I'm having trouble just because the the signs are kind of lacking. Maybe I just have to spend more time in the station, but Japan wasn't hard to figure out, I gotta say.
It started raining on us while we were taking a tour of Boston today, but that wasn't so bad. Seriously, walking around with The Whole Family is the best thing to make a 21 year old feel like he's back in high school. Walking around young execs making more money by looking at me than I'll make in a few months because they didn't study some
dumb language used in only one country on earth when they were in school.
Oh well. You live with it.
