How they managed to screw this up and give me a visa anyway, I'll never know. The CoE is from Meikai, but I listed Kanda, as you all know. Somehow, somehow, Chicago thought they would let some silly white boy get into the country anyway.
Goddamn man, fuck yes. So much weight off of my shoulders.
Edit: So I figured out how this all happened. I got an email back in... April? that said I was missing some forms. So I called up and asked which forms I was missing, because I had no idea what they were talking about and the email was pretty vague. The lady on the other line told me that I was missing a Japanese Language Assessment (to be filled out by a Japanese language teacher of mine). The site said only Intensive Japanese Language Program students needed to get that filled out, but she told me it was for everyone. So whatever, I asked a teacher and sent it in.
Dun dun dunnnn... this little sheet of paper switched my status as a Society & Culture Program student to the other university with the Intensive Japanese Language Program. Damnit.
