Welcoming 2008.
Wow, one and a half months without an entry. Ach. And to think I was hoping to post more. Ah well. To everyone that I didn't greet yet, Happy New Year, may the new year be better than the last. (With that string of accidents happening... Hopefully Victor's was just a time-lagged one.)
Overall, last year was a pretty satisfactory year, despite its bumps. On the up side, I had a 9th anniversary reunion during december (That's one decade!) with the 6M classmates. Damn, can't remember a few of their names, but then, names are never my strong point. Still, it was enjoyable, especially seeing an old good friend who came back from the land of the sheeps. Then, there was one of the most heart-wrenchingly roller-coaster ride for the CF preperations, which came out pretty satisfactory. It managed to hit the aims I pinned it down to be, although its not perfect, and I doubt in event management, perfection is something that comes rarer than a confirmed yeti sighting. Still, its success was due to the group cooperation of everyone in the committee and definitely the helpers, to which the lack of any would cripple the event. Here's to many more years to come!
Then, I have got closer to a new group of friends, to which I am really happy about. Yet, old friends are never forgotten .) Invite me out yamchaaing dudes, I'm pretty free but probably gonna help out at my cousin's place next week onwards. XD Additionally, CLIV is something I'm pretty happy about, and hopefully it goes on and on.
On the other hand though... the year has been pockedmarked with quite a lot of dramas, to which I'll rather not list down here. After all, a new year, a new beginning, ne? .) Cheerful thoughts. XD So! What did this new year bring? A renewed interest in cooking! Hahah! I might be putting up a personal food blog/review site of my own, although I should get myself a new camera first x_X But then I need a new laptop as well. hahah. I thought my desktop screen died on me since it suddenly turned off by itself yesterday, what a shock. Thank gods though, the power cable was merely loose.
Hrm. Been thinking about the Australia exchange seriously lately. I have to make a choice soon, whether I want to go or not, and the recent signs are pointing towards the negative. ./ *sigh* I can't decide. What a conundrum indeed.
Hrm, I'll become a Public Mutual Fund agent soon. like, in a month's time. Hopefully you guys won't mind helping to support me ya? (Or ask your parents to XD) .) I'll try my best to explain and help you guys all to achieve financial freedom! Yosh!
