eunuchs provocateur
these past few weeks of school have been the worst. i've been assigned so much work and pretty much every other day i have a test or something. in the past week i've had to read two books, write a paper and keep up with all the other daily shit of being a junior at a private school.
my parents had two house warming parties this week. one yesterday (thursday), and one today (friday). they have become to be an annoyance. every so often my mom comes in with a group of her friends and shows off the various unique qualities of my room. i honestly hate these kind of parties. i find them completely and utterly useless. usually while the party is going on down stairs i remain in my room and do various things (all on my computer). the only good byproduct of these parties is the food. tonight we got catering from ninfas (a low grade local mexican food restaurant)... and all if have to say about that is, "fajitas = yummm". i almost got a virus on my PC. i quickly shut off the machine and rebooted (safe to say the computer is fine).
tomorrow i have to wake up early and go and do some crappy service project (i really don’t want to go; i don’t know why). my mom believes that it will look on my college application. i really don’t give a damn. i was so pissed i started to curse. oh well, we'll see how it turns out.
later tomorrow night i hope to do something with my friend philip. we'll probably spend the night watching old movies and playing PS2 or Quake III on my PC. i need to free myself this weekend. next week i have to go to school for two whole days (everyone else gets the WHOLE week off!). i also plan to do one of two things this weekend i hope to buy solaris (the criterion edition on dvd) or see elephant in theaters (an independent film; random school events--school shooting = looks interesting)
p.s. i recommend downloading the new version of winamp 2 you can watch futurama and family guy episodes all day using the video appliance.
