olive oil.
i never ever listen to celebrity diets because I believe its tailor made for them with their well-paid personal trainers, chefs and blah. Then when while in a routine channel surfing, one dancing with the stars contestant tells her beauty secret...a diet that consists a teaspoon of olive oil to aid her digestion and gives her skin a healthy rejuvenated glow.
then i remember my good ol days in usa, when I will eat pasta with my cousins and dip olive oil with herb bread and i dont feel stuffed. Also a very random incident when my mom and sister are so bored they tried freezing canola and olive oil in a below 20 degrees farenheit (in usa) and they didnt. Good cholesterol and tastes good with food. Fun.
Too see if it works with my digestion (which is stubborn as hell), I ordered a pesto penne with grilled chicken portions mixed with herbs and olive oil. The noodles smells good with the herbs and are so green you think they grew from the stalks themselves. I never actually eaten a green pesto (im used to the creamy carby pesto) and feared they will taste too overwhelming like the oregano pasta I ordered ages ago. They didnt, which is awesome and it tastes great. Shortly before bed time, I'm running to the bathroom as it brooms away the stuff I haven't crapped for 'awhile' which is ALOT. The distinctive aroma is there too.
conclusion, it works! I will be buying a bottle of extra virgin and take 1 tablespoon every morning. I think I need to learn to cook pesto as well XD
for those not in the know, I'm into yoghurt (alot) and I hardly drink soda. I need all that digestive cleansing as my bowels are as stubborn as they come XD Strangely though, they easily flow when I eat lots of chocolates -_-
