The Plan...
The Plan is to finish this semester with at least a 3.5 GPA. I should be able to pull off an A in Math 193 Fractals and Educ 240 Computers in the Classroom. I'm only a little concerned about Educ 155 Educational Psychology and Engl 287 Literature and the way we Live. I have more doubts about Engl 330 Shakespeare.
The Plan is to keep or increase that GPA during my IDIS 350 Media, Technology, and Society May Term... and my Engl 340 American Literature 1800-1865 Individualized Summer Study (Thanks, Dr. Dougal)... and my Engl 394 Literature and Culture of Medieval Britain Individualized Summer Study (Thanks, Dr. Black).
The Plan is to make and save as much money as possible over the summer through the SOAR project (Thanks, Dr. Shosh) and my job (Thanks, Mr. Gil). Perhaps odd jobs as well.
The Plan is to keep or increase my GPA during my Educ 260 Reflective Teaching, Educ 360 Curriculum and Instruction in English, and Engl 381 Ethical Novel Independent Study (Thanks, Dr. Hinnefeld) in the Fall
The Plan is to make and save as much money as possible furing the year through Writing Center Tutoring (Thanks again, Dr. Hinnefeld) and my job (Thanks again, Mr. Gil). Perhaps odd jobs as well.
The Plan is to keep or increase my GPA during my Student Teaching in the Spring.
The Plan is to complete all the necessary steps to be accepted to FSU's Information Science doctorate program with a free ride and maybe even a paid position in the following Fall.
The Plan is to graduate with a doctorate and return to Moravian for a) a master's in education b) a pastoral counseling degree c) a psychology degree d) a job opportunity.
The Plan is to return to the valley with option of teaching 6-12 English or Information Sciences, working in a library, opening a practice, or writing full time.
The Plan is to have sufficient employment, a suitable home, a loving husband, and healthy child(ren) before age 35.
The Plan is not to panic.
