My current Sims 2 game.
I received the Sims 2 for Christmas in 2006, and I'm still playing with the same families I created back then. I was going through a big Gundam Wing phase back then, so I created the characters from GW and gave them kids. I've also brought in other fandoms as I've discovered them - notably Inception, and also some nods to Spirited Away and Final Fantasy X. I also had the characters from Across the Universe at one point, but ultimately did away with them because I didn't like how they turned out in Create-A-Sim. I think I'm going to create the major houses from A song of Ice and Fire and incorporate them into the game sometime soon as well, because things are going to get incestuous in a generation or two if I don't bring in some fresh blood. At this current point in time, I'm up to about 60 years after the events of Gundam Wing, and the only original GW characters still living are Dorothy, Trowa, and Middie.
Anyway, I wanted to write up a brief-ish summary of the game as it stands now, so here it is:
*Heero Yuy and Relena Darlian, and descendants:
- One child, a daughter named Hikaru. Hikaru is married to Takahashi Kawa (my own creation) and they have three children: son Kohaku and fraternal twins Kaede and Heero II.
--Kohaku is married to Chihiro (yes, this is a nod to Spirited Away) and they are expecting their first child. Kaede and Heero are currently in college. Kaede is dating Saito from Inception, who is about 12 years older than her, but whatever, they're both adults. :P Heero is dating Joanna Maxwell, one of Duo and Hilde's granddaughters.
*Duo Maxwell and Hilde Schbeiker, and descendants:
- Six children, three boys and three girls: Gwennie (for Hilde's mother - I got this idea from a fanfic I read and loved), twins Solo and Shay, twins Rowena and Rhiannon, and baby Sam.
--Gwennie is married to Alain Langlois, a Breton exchange student she met in college. They have two daughters, Maeve and Yuna.
===Maeve is married to Eames (from Inception) and they have a young daughter named Charlotte. Yuna is married to Tidus (FFX nod). They have a daughter named Rikku and are currently expecting baby number two.
--Solo is married to Nikola Sverskaya, and they have three daughters and a son: Faina, Elena, Anya, and Tristan.
===Faina is married to Clay Jalowitz (a TS2 townie) and they have a son and a daughter, Cameron and Julia.
===Elena is married to Daystar Indie (a grandson of Zechs and Noin) and they have three children and a fourth on the way: twins Anastasia and River, and Vasily.
===Anya just graduated college and is dating Gavin Robbins, a grandson of Trowa and Middie.
===Tristan is a senior in high school and is dating Cecilia Robbins, a granddaughter of Trowa and Middie and sister of Gavin.
--Shay married Mariemaia Khushrenada and they had two daughters, Emmeleia and Alyssa. Shay and Mariemaia divorced when the girls were teenagers, and he is now remarried to Linda Curtin (a TS2 townie).
===Emmeleia is in a relationship with Esmeree Colwyn, a granddaughter of Trowa and Middie.
===Alyssa is currently a senior in college.
--Rowena is married to Josef Peacecraft (son of Zechs and Noin), and they have two daughters, Rhonwen and Sabrina. Rhonwen is in college and Sabrina is in high school.
--Rhiannon is maried to Anthony Chang (son of Wufei and Sally), and they have twin sons, Lucas and Rowan. Lucas and Rowan are seniors in college, and both are engaged: Lucas to Sierra Shahan (a TS2 townie) and Rowan to Opal Raymond (a Vacation townie).
--Sam is married Siobhan Wolfe, and they have two daughters, Arwen and Joanna. Arwen is in college, and Joanna is a senior in high school and dating Heero Kawa (see above).
*Trowa Barton and Middie Une, and descendants:
- Three children: Catalina (named for Trowa's sister Catherine), Michel, and Isabel.
--Catalina is married to David Colwyn, and they have two daughters, Esmeree and Aderyn.
===Esmeree is in a relationship with Emmeleia Khushrenada-Maxwell. Aderyn is a senior in college.
--Michel is married to Lien Chang (daughter of Wufei and Sally) and they have two daughters, Caterina (named for her aunt and great-aunt) and Antoinette. Caterina just finished college, and Antoinette is a sophomore in high school.
--Isabel is married to Kevin Robbins, and they have two sons and a daughter: Gavin, Mark, and Cecilia.
===Gavin is dating Anya Maxwell (granddaughter of Duo and Hilde). Mark is in college and dating Bonnie Johnston. Cecilia is dating Tristan Maxwell (grandson of Duo and Hilde, and younger brother of Anya).
*Quatre Winner and Dorothy Catalonia, and descendants:
- One daughter, Sadira. In the greatest "dynastic" marriage of their generation, Sadira married Stefan Peacecraft, son of Zechs and Noin and heir to the Sanc Kingdom. They have a son and a daugher, Janek and Zara. Stefan died under suspicious circumstances when the children were in their teens. Janek just started college and is under pressure to choose a bride and further the Peacecraft line, although I'm beginning to suspect he's gay. Zara is in high school.
*Wufei Chang and Sally Po, and descendants:
- A son and a daughter, Anthony and Lien.
--Anthony is married to Rhiannon Maxwell (daughter of Duo and Hilde), and they have twin sons, Lucas and Rowan (see above).
--Lien is married to Michel Barton (son of Trowa and Middie), and they have two daughters, Caterina and Antoinette (see above).
Zechs Merquise and Lucrezia Noin, and descendants:
- A daughter and twin sons, Ludmillya, Josef, and Stefan. Neither Ludmillya nor Josef has any interest in politics, so Stefan is the Peacecraft heir.
--Ludmillya is married to Mitch Indie (a TS2 townie), and they have four children: Miranda, twins Daystar and Tatiana, and Skylark.
===Miranda is married to George McCarthy (a TS2 townie), and they have one daughter, Olivia.
===Daystar is married to Elena Maxwell (granddaughter of Duo and Hilde) and they have three children and a fourth on the way: Anastasia, River, and Vasily (see above).
===Tatiana is married to Robert Fischer (from Inception). They have a daughter named Margaret and a second child on the way.
===Skylark is in college and is engaged to Elizabeth Ng (a Vacation townie).
--Josef is married to Rowena Maxwell (daughter of Duo and Hilde) and has two daughters, Rhonwen and Sabrina (see above).
--Stefan married Sadira Winner, had a son named Janek and a daughter named Zara, and died under suspicious circumstances. Some say he was assassinated by an unknown political enemy. Some say Sadira herself did him in.
Lady Une and descendants:
-Lady Une took responsibility for Mariemaia after the events of Endless Waltz. Mariemaia married Shay Maxwell (son of Duo and Hilde) and had two daughters: Emmeleia and Alyssa. Mariemaia had an affair with her college boyfriend Chaz Whippler (a TS2 townie), which resulted in the break-up of her marriage to Shay. Mariemaia subsequently married Chaz. She still speaks to Emmeleia periodically, but Alyssa refuses to contact her.
I think I may write up some descriptions and bios and post them here, partly as a writing exercise and partly because I've been meaning to do it for a while anyway. I need to commit some of the vignettes I've got swirling around in my head to writing before I start confusing and forgetting them.
