"Remember the light is reborn every day"
Huh. Thought I had updated more recently than two weeks ago, but that must've been my other blog.
I got all my papers turned in on time, went out for a last hurrah with my classmates on the night of the 15th, and came home to NC on the 17th. I've been relaxing, embroidering, watching movies I haven't watched in ages, catching up with peeps, and eating nonstop. I've lost 8 pounds since moving to Scotland. For Christmas, I got a new laptop. Elsa quit on me altogether about a week before I got home. The new one is hereby christened Isolde. I also got a fuckton of warm clothes and an omelet pan.
I've been meaning to write a long, introspective entry about how different my life is now from what it was this time last year, but haven't been able to settle down to it. Perhaps tomorrow.
