Today!

So, today was pretty awesome

First off, I managed to finally crack this thing's password after yesterday's breakthrough prompt. This means I don't need to use the new one and can revel in nostalgia. Awesome sauce!

Also, today was a nice change in pace. The grade 11s were super co-operative and I think they appreciated everything I did to help them prepare for next week's test. Rumaysa, Alexia, and Andrew's faces all seemed very thankful and relieved.

The IB kids had their Part 4, so instead of having to teacher, I had a nice low key period and was able to mark a few assignments, plus see some kids I haven't seen in awhile. It was nice to see Jane and Jeffrey again!

Lots of kids said hi and smiled at me today.

The weather was SO nice out, as were the leaves in full colour. So many pretty yellows!

Grade 9's were away so I was able to prep for R/F without a sweat.

It was great to see Gilad. He's such a happy little guy. How wonderful to have such a pleasant disposition. Natasha's a lucky lady.

Amy looked overwhelmed today, but I'm going to cheer her up by making her a dinner. I think that'll be a big help. I'm sure she'll appreciate it.

I had enough energy to mark lots of assignments. The kids are doing pretty good! Only 9 more to go; I can totally do that in two days.

I'm super excited to have a change of pace tomorrow with ASIST Training. It's going to be amazing to come full circle to the place I signed my contract.

Adina will be able to drive me, which is great, cause I'll be able to sleep in and won't have to take the bus.

Lastly, Olivia will be staying with us at work. I got a chance to encourage her and she seemed excited.

Lastly, Vieve's house for dinner. I'm off!
