It is as though so much of the stuff that our nation stands for, and that it has become, are but for naught. [And w]hen people wish for a closer alignment between church and state but also stand as War Hawks and cause division amongst citizens (intentionally or unintentionally), they are really standing on two sides of a fence that does condone cooperation. I don't understand this sort of thing. And: materialism. I am so infected. So...filthy. It doesn't align.
NOTHING SEEMS TO ALIGN.
People do one thing and say another. 'Stand' for one thing and encourage another.
It's dangerous to choose sides. To...become part of anything for fear of being unveiled as an incomplete member.
As I don a cloak for peace, I'm still participating in violence through video games.
Or, maybe there's supposed to be a difference.
Maybe technology has created a subworld in which we are allowed to evolve as something completely different than we truly are. It allows us to mask ourselves in a new identity while perpetuating a separate one.
Until everything aligns, peace will be a difficult achievement.

Also, spring break is nearly upon me.
