So, in my free time I've been looking up music on 'youtube' just for fun, I mean. It sounds really different from what I've heard in the past, but I really like it and so I've been repeatedly looking up new pieces. I have absolutely no idea what kind of instrument creates the notes I've heard lately, but I think they're fantastic~!
This one's my favorite piece...
I've been playing this one out loud every once in a while for a couple days now. I don't know, but music always tends to sound better out loud than it does when you wear 'earphones'. And the speakers on the computers are much more powerful so the music has more...body, for lack of better words. But, yeah, I like it when the music is powerful enough to move you. When it's really commanding, the notes sort of...engulf you and take you someplace farther than where you are now. This one kind of does that for me, I guess...It's particularly mellow, though, and I think that if I play it out loud, it'll make our dorm really mellow too. It's sort of the way ambient noise works...except it's ambient music. Haha, I'd really like to put speakers into Kirby and my dorm's ceiling--now that would be really cool, but I don't think I have the money for some feat like that...plus the dorms are school property so I might get in trouble anyway...
