So yeah, Fitchburg sucks even more than usual right now. Still no power to most of the city, latest unofficial word is up to 2 weeks for full power restoration. My place is dark and cold, but no frozen pipes yet(got the water running). Still a tree down right across the street from me with a power line draped across the road, just like Friday morning. You get to squeeze under it on one side of the road, its blocking the other half.
Spent Friday setting up the IT infrastructure for the emergency ops center over at Fire, managed to escape to CT for sat/sun. At this point I'm living in my office at city hall with a cot until I get heat again.
