you know when old people get mad they turn into big babies. working at the largest distributor of power mobility products i get a lot of calls where the customer turns into... well... brats. not to say that they dont have a reason to be angry. by all means i for one am behind you guys!, but to take it out on everyone who answers the phone? how is that going to help your situation? how is that going to make you feel any better?

time to go to lunch... i need to cool off and need time away from the phones. i need some mindless time where i can blur out everything... sheeesh!
