Gabby here~! To discuss some plot device-y things.
So. This kidnapping/sacrificing idea has been floating around for a while and it seems like everyone is all for it. So now I'm here to brainstorm some of the details...
So basically, the Order is trying to resurrect their God using the powers stolen from those brought to Silent Hill, right? Well, the time is now! Unfortunately, it seems like they need just a few more things before their goal can be achieved. And what is that? SACRIFICES, OF COURSE!
Now, because we're all sadists here, we obviously will want our own characters to be part of that. But long threads with multiple characters just doesn't work as we've seen before in log threads. So what I am thinking, is that for this particular situation, the Order is going to try to use the two most powerful beings in Silent Hill at the moment: Aziraphale and Crowley. Even without the ability to use their powers, they are still the source of the powers and therefore more likely to produce better results than the others. Logical, yes/no?
Also, I'm thinking that the Order would need some sort of flesh suit for the God to posses. Considering their God is female, and I play the only two females in Silent Hill, I was going to use Claire for this. Again, good idea, yes/no?
As for everyone else: Edward, Riku, and Russia are our rescue party. I'm figuring later the Order is going to be pissed that their plans were ruined, and will want payback for that. This is when the tables are swapped and the above characters will be the ones in need of rescuing- if the mun so chooses.
But for now, our rescue group could have a thread of their own, and then the kidnapped would have a thread of their own. Both could start with "wtf is going on" and other such reactions and then progress from there. Obviously, at some point the threads will need to combine into one. At that point, we can figure out how it will work as far as tagging and order and etc. But for right now, I would just count on one thread being the rescue squad looking for the MIAs, coming across the order, fighting/battling/arguing with the Order, and then the kidnapped group would be the interrogating/attempting to escape/learning their 'fates' and probably some fighting with the Order. At that point is where it would probably become one thread as a JUST IN TIME TO STOP THIS SHIT FROM GOING DOWN kind of thread.
TLDR; Aziraphale, Crowley, and Claire kidnapped (There will be some kind of alert of this happening, whether someone sees it, or some kind of post on the phones). Edward, Riku, and Russia to the rescue~! Two threads, two battles with the Order, one climactic almost-finished ritual to bring back the Order's God. Later, (like next month?) the tables will turn and the rescuers become the damsels in distress via angry Order members.
SO. All of this- Yes? No? Get back in the kitchen? I need feedback, please!
P.S. We're going to go ahead and skip the activity check this month. I know everyone passed, and those who didn't have already been removed from the Taken list.
P.S.S. Jashin-chan: If this is something your time will permit, just let me know and Denmark can be added to the rescue squad. Otherwise, we can assume he's staying in the hotel with Namine.
