"In acknowledgement of your academic success, I am pleased to name you as an A.J. Drexel Scholar. A.J. Drexel Scholars are a select group of highly qualified students. As an A.J. Drexel Scholar, you will receive an academic scholarship in the amount of $14,500.00." (renewable annually provided I maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.)
"Along with my colleagues in the Pennoni Honors College, I would like to also extend to you admission to the University Honors Program."
Well, now I'm 2 for 2. I almost wish I'd applied to more places just to see if I'd get in. LOL!
This makes things a bit interesting, though. I really want to go to SCAD, like, REALLY, but this Drexel acceptance with honors is pretty good... SCAD's still my first choice, though. The impression I got while visiting both was that SCAD had a... more high-tech, if not better all around, film program. Not to mention all the other stuff. Drexel was cool, but SCAD was cooler, I think.
Drexel sent me more stuff, LOL. SCAD's letter was just the letter and nothing else, but Drexel sent all these pamphlets and a cool folder and stuff. :P
