Snow and Pirates ~or~ Soul-Searching for Dummies
So yeah.
Undead pirate.
Sounds like a fun, potentially recyclable costume, eh?
Snowed last night.
A bit o' frost on the ground here in the lowlands, whilst the mountain-tops (about 3,000 feet above us) were dusted with white.
The aspen leaves are turning gold and red.
Think next weekend...or maybe just later this week I'll take a drive to go see the leaves.
Smell the peppery scent of aspen trees. Listen to the rain-on-plastic-like sound of wind blowing through aforementioned leaves.
Maybe bring back some pictures of my sojourn to the temporary El Dorado, where the overgrown, two-track roads are paved in gold...
