GameDev HOTLABS

Since around June / July this year, an IT school in town has been holding these "D# Game Dev HotLabs". They're like free forums / tuts where people can come & learn some simple game dev using C# and DirectX. It's also a place where you can come with a problem you're having and get advice / help from others and show off stuff you've done.

So why am I posting here? Well, the guy that's been running them has left town and headed off to greener pastures and I've been asked to host / supervise :)
I think it'll be fun. I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do with them... I'm more of a C++ & OpenGL man myself and I've heard they want to use the GameMaker environment instead.
Anyway, I'll have some time to think about all this before actually running a session.
