So after being stuck on various planes in Chicago for way too long, I did indeed make it to Manchester. After sleeping for about 5 hours I've had proper fish and chips and am finding ath at 8 pm I could quite happily go to bed for the night. Tomorrow we're off to London with plans of returning on Sunday. . .

Rick's parents are lovely and their house is adorable. . . and if we're going to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire tonight, we've got to get going. . . I promise to write more later. . .
